Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Service Programmer to work in-office, Monday through Friday with on-call rotation. You will lead a team, coordinate services, and ensure compliant documentation to empower individuals receiving services.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain a positive team culture with regular meetings and on-call coverage.
Oversee resources and operational needs: vehicle scheduling, budgets, and transport.
Coordinate with individuals, families, case managers, CBCMs and IDT to plan goals and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance and meticulous documentation in the EMR and records.
Advocate for meaningful choice and collaborate with partners to expand resources.
