Job summary

Grainger is seeking a part-time On-Site Service Representative to be based in Greensboro, NC. You will manage client inventories, deliver exceptional service, and support KeepStock initiatives across multiple customer sites.

The role reports to a Supervisor of Onsite Services and involves working with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings while maintaining safety and compliance on every visit.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product at client sites.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow route defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes and cycle time.
• Ensure safety and inspection requirements are met.
• Create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Probe for customer needs during site visits and coordinate with sales partners.
