Job summary

Grainger is seeking an On-Site Service Representative in Peoria, IL. The role supports customer sites by stocking inventory, servicing accounts, and driving Grainger’s KeepStock solution. You will work with partners to expand offerings and ensure high customer satisfaction.

This full-time position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 25–60 lbs, and 3 years of related experience. Benefits begin on day one, including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Must carry required levels of automobile insurance and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations; ensure stocking levels by scanning as inventory depletes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain loyalty.
• Follow designated route defined by routing software and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Probes for customer needs during each site visit and works with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.
