Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills are required.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a residential setting.
• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean common areas and model suites, pools, and offices.
• Assist with turnover work on vacant apartments per move-in/move-out checklists.
• Deliver notices, flyers, and newsletters to residents as requested.
• Paint signs, fences, and other structures as directed by the supervisor.
• Stock maintenance supplies and reconcile packing slips for procurement.
