Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Porter in Seattle to maintain property curb appeal and support staff. The role involves cleaning, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and operational chores across residential and hotel spaces.

You will manage trash, parking areas, dog runs, restock amenities, and assist with make-readies and keying for vacancies, while upholding safety and company policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service, housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and preventive maintenance of assigned properties.
• Report unsafe conditions or damage to apartment and hotel property.
• Perform pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing common areas.
• Remove trash from common areas and manage waste disposal and recycling.
• Monitor and maintain parking areas, dog run, and pet waste stations.
• Restock amenities and sanitize gym and fitness equipment on schedule.
• Assist with make readies, trash-outs, lock changes, and key making for vacant units.
