Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, maintain and support equipment at a key customer site in Logan, NJ. You will manage parts and inventory, document transactions and ensure excellent service by proactively visiting the site and communicating clearly with the customer.

This on-site role requires strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel may be required for training and service across the geography.

Qualifications

• Experience with parts and inventory management in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong customer service skills and communication.
• Familiar with inventory software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support Packsize equipment at customer sites.
• Manage parts and inventory within the warehouse.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with proactive service.
• Analyze KPI data to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installations.
