Job summary

Xerox is seeking a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management for end-user customers. You will maintain service levels, manage customer relationships, and meet contract commitments within cost targets.

You will work within a service delivery team focused on achieving SLA targets, improving productivity, and supporting service transformation and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
• High attention to detail in daily tasks and records.
• Strong time management to meet SLAs and schedules.
• Proficient with PCs, Excel, MS Office, and email workflows.
• Eager to learn new print production and equipment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks, first level repair and escalate in accordance with procedures.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and acts as a mentor/coach.
• Educates and trains client groups on equipment usage and functions.
• Maintains clean and tidy devices and safe work environment.
• Logs activities including on-site parts inventory and replenishment of consumables.
• Ensures SLA is achieved, and customer requirements are met and exceeded.
• Commit to maintaining skill set through personal development and training.
