Xerox is seeking a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management for end-user customers in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. You will maintain contracted service levels, nurture customer relationships, and meet cost targets while ensuring safety and quality of service.

You will perform preventative maintenance, mentor clients, educate users on equipment, and support multiple accounts with strong SLA compliance.

Qualificações

• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Maintain high attention to detail and strong organization while meeting SLAs.
• Proficient PC skills: Microsoft Office, email, file management.

Responsabilidades

• Carries out preventative maintenance checks, first level repair and elevate per procedures.
• Promotes knowledge sharing and mentors clients.
• Educates clients on equipment usage and functions.
• Keeps devices clean and safe; maintains on-site work environment.
• Maintains logs including on-site parts inventory and consumables replenishment.
• Ensures SLA is achieved and customer requirements are met.
• Supports multiple accounts in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
