Xerox Corporation seeks a Docucare Associate to deliver on-site outsourcing and facilities management services. You will maintain contracted service levels, nurture customer relationships, and meet cost targets within a collaborative service delivery team.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, knowledge sharing, client education on equipment, and reliable on-site support across Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Strong customer focus and technical aptitude are essential.

Competenze

• Provide excellent customer service and anticipate customer needs.
• Work with minimal oversight with strong attention to detail.
• Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Mansioni

• Carry out on-site preventative maintenance checks and first-level repair, escalating when needed.
• Support multiple accounts within assigned counties.
• Maintain logs of activities, parts inventory, and consumables replenishment.
• Ensure SLA adherence and satisfy customer requirements.
• Educate and train client groups on equipment usage and functions.
