Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This full-time, on-site role is based on a jobsite in Yerington, NV and will require travel to support project needs.

You will manage budgets, teams, safety plans, scheduling, and stakeholder communication, while ensuring quality and compliance with contract terms. The position offers solid compensation and growth opportunities in solar storage projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years, including supervisory skills).
• Leadership ability and strong sense of urgency.
• Organizational and communication skills; knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple or large, complex projects and keep them on schedule.
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases.
• Direct preconstruction services and activities and supervise project team.
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.
