SOLV Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure successful completion. This full-time, on-site role in Yerington, NV, requires travel and strong leadership in complex projects.

Responsibilities include budgeting, subcontract and material negotiations, schedule adherence, and rigorous reporting. Candidates should have 8–10 years of field construction management, plus solid PM and contract knowledge.

Qualificações

• Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience.
• Field construction management experience (8-10 years, including supervisory skills).
• Leadership ability; problem-solving and sense of urgency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; drafting and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting; PM control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple or large, complex projects
• Estimate and establish budgets and contract price (GMP/Lump Sum)
• Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases
• Set up and implement job procedures to assure timely buyout and delivery
• Keep project on schedule
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Owner, Architect and Subcontractors
• Work with Superintendent to develop safety plans and procedures
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management
• Supervise project team and organize management meetings
• Review contract conditions; ensure compliance with all terms
• Complete project close-out procedures and warranty follow-up
