Job summary

G&E Partners invites applications for a Senior Project Manager to lead a mission-critical/data center project on-site. You will own delivery from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating MEP staff, BIM reviews and tight schedules in high-reliability environments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in GC/CM roles, with data center experience, GMP budgeting, and strong client-facing leadership. This role offers growth and competitive compensation across U.S. markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading large GC/CM projects end to end.
• Strong data center or mission-critical delivery experience.
• Thorough understanding of MEP-heavy projects, IST and phased turnovers.
• Experience managing GMP contracts, budgets and change management.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• Strong scheduling, client-facing leadership and safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project delivery, including safety, schedule, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the project team, including PMs, project engineers and MEP staff.
• Set and own the master schedule, including turnover milestones.
• Lead GMP development, budgeting, cost forecasting and executive reporting.
• Direct buyout strategy, subcontractor selection and procurement of long-lead equipment.
• Lead contract negotiations, change management and commercial discussions.
• Oversee design coordination, BIM and constructability reviews across dense scopes.
• Work with MEP and commissioning leads to deliver smooth Cx/IST and turnover.
• Identify and mitigate project risks early including schedule, supply chain and cost.
• Serve as senior point of contact for owners, reps, design teams and end users.
• Mentor PMs and junior staff, building strong teams for future programs.
• Partner with leadership and BD teams on pursuits and client retention.
