Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Florence, SC to oversee daily security operations at a client site, including staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance.

Shifts are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with workdays Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Requirements include 5+ years security and supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service; computer/tablet proficiency is preferred. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training/licensing.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of security experience and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level per AUS standards.
• Ensure service quality and contract compliance via regular inspections.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post orders reviews.
• Recommend personnel actions for supervisees.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates in performance of duties.
• Disciplinary/commendation decisions for staff.
• Suggest productivity and cost-reduction improvements.
• Recommend security surveys and updates to post orders.
