Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state training or licensing requirements.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Active CA Guard Card required.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for security personnel.
• Manage overtime and ensure alignment with AUS requirements.
• Regularly inspect security personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Prepare security surveys and post orders; assist in payroll and incident reporting.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions or commendations.
