Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor for a Dakota City, NE client site. You will oversee daily security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure high-quality service.

The role is Monday through Friday with no weekends and pays $24.01 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensing eligibility, and at least one year of verifiable security supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving company/client vehicle.
• Minimum one year of verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Age 18+, 21+ if armed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site, including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for personnel assigned to the site.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regular inspection of personnel and performance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates regarding duties and productivity.
