Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site. The role includes staffing, scheduling, training, and ensuring contract compliance.

Pay is listed at $24.15 per hour. The ideal candidate will have supervisory security experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate incidents and post orders with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass state licensing or training as required.
• Able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Experience in security supervisory roles preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Strong communication, problem solving and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level set by AUS.
• Inspections of staff performance to ensure contract quality and compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, surveys, and post orders as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
• Respond to client requests and emergency notifications as required.
