Job summary

Allied Universal Services is currently seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee a shift at a designated client site in Ann Arbor, MI. You will supervise officers, coordinating with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality security services.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and crisis-management skills, with the ability to coach staff, prepare logs, and enforce safety and contract standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Ability to read and understand procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record and driving experience.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site wireless tech.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Enforce contract standards and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Capable of using scheduling and billing software to produce reports.
• Enforce Allied Universal policies and safety procedures.
• Handle varied environments and assist in unemployment hearings as needed.
