Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor for our Rensselaer, NY site, Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm. The role ensures the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality of security services for the client’s site.

The position offers full-time hours with a $23.57/hour base pay, opportunities for training, and career growth within a leading security services company. You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or other licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for Allied Universal personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Perform payroll review and incident report processing; assist in security surveys.
