Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Massachusetts to oversee the on-site security function, training, scheduling, and adherence to client requirements. The role covers staff oversight, performance, and cost control, with a focus on delivering high-quality service for the client site.

The position offers full-time hours, a starting pay of $28 per hour, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Possess one or more of: military service, auxiliary police, or supervisory experience in security.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance during shifts.
• Perform payroll, incident report reviews, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
