Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Cupertino to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at the client site. The role requires coordinating with the site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and supervising security officers on duty.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to prepare clear reports.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol testing may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
