Job summary

Allied Universal—North America’s leading security provider—seeks a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to manage a shift, coordinate services, and support client operations on-site. You will supervise officers, communicate with the site team, and ensure safety and quality on shift.

Requirements include 5+ years of security experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, strong customer-service skills, and the ability to work outside and walk/stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports/logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
