Job summary
Frame Security is seeking a highly energetic Sales Engineer to join our on-site Tampa team. You will lead pre-sales technical solutions, run compelling demos and PoCs, and own the post-sale onboarding to ensure successful customer adoption.
In this role you’ll collaborate with Sales and Channel teams, architect tailored security solutions, and train reseller partners to scale Frame’s market presence across the US and beyond.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in Pre-Sales or Founding SE roles in IT/security.
- Hands-on enterprise IT experience: identity mgmt, SSO/SAML, domain controls, integrations.
- Experience in AI-driven cybersecurity or SaaS companies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Channel teams to uncover customer pain points and architect security solutions.
- Design and execute demos and PoCs to communicate Frame’s value and gain technical buy-in.
- Lead post-sale onboarding and provide expert guidance for setup and ongoing usage.
- Serve as technical backbone for reseller partners, delivering training and support to scale market presence.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and drive new logo acquisitions.
