We offer Night, Day, and PRN shifts to fit various schedules, with requirements including a High School Diploma and BLS within 30 days. A valid Illinois driver’s license and a clean MVR are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of job placement.
• Minimum 1 year security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR per policy; ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patrols buildings and grounds to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Intervenes using verbal de-escalation techniques to diffuse conflicts.
• Physically manages combative or potentially dangerous individuals per policy.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with incident reporting and investigations.
