Legends GLOBAL in El Paso, TX is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and event coverage, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. You will coordinate with managers, perform PMs, and provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a secure environment.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced venue setting. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests, vendors and colleagues.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn security software.
• Criminal Justice education preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily tasks and staffing for security operations.
• Provide customer service to guests and participants.
• Coordinate shift personnel for in-house and event coverage.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain records and incident documentation as required.
• Assist with crowd management and access control as needed.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies, and security incidents.
