Requires strong customer service, clear communication, and physical stamina. Responsibilities include maintaining orderly conduct, responding to incidents, and assisting with crowd management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Criminal Justice education preferred but not required.
• First Aid/ CPR knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Provide customer service to guests, vendors, participants, and colleagues.
• Raise/lower U.S. flags and assist with event-related duties.
• Monitor CCTV and provide access control as needed.
• Respond to incidents and evacuations; assist in crowd management.
