Job summary

Legends Global's Destination El Paso site is seeking a Parking Supervisor to oversee event parking operations, cash handling, and safety compliance. You will manage cashiers and attendants, ensure deposits are accurate, and maintain reporting standards.

Direct supervision of the Parking Department includes training staff on policies, coordinating with venue operations, and ensuring adherence to contracts and land lease agreements.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of parking operations and automated parking systems.
• Experience in general office work and supervision of financial operations, including cash handling.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, procedures, materials, tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train parking staff in policies and procedures and enforce rules.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Provide general tourist and event information to patrons.
• Maintain cash handling tasks: cash accuracy, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Audit daily activity: cash vs tickets, car counts, reports.
• Monitor ingress/egress of traffic during events and deter theft/vandalism.
