Job summary

Legends GLOBAL is seeking a Security Lead/Supervisor to oversee patrols, protect patrons and property at venue facilities in El Paso, Texas. You will assign duties, train subordinates, and maintain incident records while ensuring safety across indoor and outdoor event spaces.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of security lead experience, strong organizational and communication skills, CPR/First Aid certification, and familiarity with CCTV and access control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams in a venue or event setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and patrons.
• Current first aid/CPR knowledge and crowd control training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and direct patrols to protect patrons and property.
• Generate department schedules compliant with facility and events.
• Provide training to subordinates and input standard operating procedures.
• Maintain electronic incident records and generate reports.
• Oversee CCTV usage, access control, and badge generation.
• Respond to alarms, supervise crowd control, and escort disruptive individuals.

Job Summary

Under general direction, supervise and direct security officers to their assigned patrols to protect patrons and property.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and organized, clean, professional workspace and waiting area
• Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
• Provide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude
• Generate department schedules that comply with the requirements of the facility and events
• Provide input/ generate standard operating procedures, training forms, etc.
• Oversee and obtain feedback with Lead Officers
• Provide training to subordinates
• Recommend disciplinary action for subordinates
• Maintain electronic records of D.A.R.’s, Incident Reports, PM’s, Inspections, etc.
• Generate work orders and upload required documents via web-based application
• Attend meetings and disseminate meeting information
• Delegate duties to subordinates, daily and weekly
• Knowledge of CCTV usage and data extraction
• Knowledge of Access Control and generating badges
• Report employees in violation of Legends Global’s conduct policies
• Ability to perform subordinate duties to include but are not limited to: Patrolling premises to ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, participants and others on premises. Respond to alarms and distress calls, escort disruptive individuals to security office and/or off premises. Inspect premises for signs of intrusion or tampering. Respond, generate and review incident reports, prepare and review late parking and car storage reports, assist with crowd control inside and outside. Escort/ assist departments when handling large sums of money, supervise security officers to ensure completion of assigned duties.

Other Duties As Assigned

• Operate and industrial forklift
• Act M.O.D.’s as needed
• Assist other departments in need to accomplish event expectations or company’s objective

Working Conditions

• Position requires physical ability to move around facility grounds and buildings, may require operation of motor vehicle, may be exposed to physical confrontations, indoors and outdoors working conditions and long periods of desk duties.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• 1-3 years Security Lead/ Supervisor experience
• Organizational Skills
• Computer knowledge and typing skills
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Current knowledge and training in first aid, i.e. CPR needed
• Current knowledge/certification in crowd control, fire suppression, and emergency preparedness preferred
• Security certification
