Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle or high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, Operations leaders, and community partners.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, deadlines, and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using applicant tracking systems, online job boards, social media, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technology.
• Ability to source proactively rather than relying solely on incoming applications.
• Basic understanding of employment compliance, EEO principles, background screening, and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Hamlet, NC and maintain a consistent local presence.
• Security, staffing, high-volume hourly recruiting, or related industry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, recruiting events, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Review applications and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
• Partner closely with Operations and hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, position requirements, and changing workforce needs.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and provide a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offers, background screening, onboarding requirements, and orientation scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity, notes, and status updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Monitor recruiting activity and hiring results, including applicant flow, interviews, offers, starts, and pipeline health.
• Participate in local recruiting events, community networking, and employer-branding efforts.
• Identify recruiting challenges early and develop solutions to improve hiring results.
• Ensure recruiting practices remain consistent with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
