Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the on-site security team and ensure high-quality service for a client location. The role covers staffing, training, performance monitoring, and compliance with contract requirements.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of supervisory experience in security. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Wage is $24.16 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security-related industry.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening are completed for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated.
• Inspect personnel performance and quality of service for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and surveys.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies per site orders.
