Job summary

PenBay Technology Group LLC is seeking Digital Image Processor Specialists to provide full-time on-site support as part of a contract team with the DoW Office of the General Counsel (OGC). The role requires handling, storing, and digitizing classified materials in a secure environment.

Responsibilities include document preparation, indexing, scanning, quality assurance, and maintaining metadata and file catalogs while upholding confidentiality and Records Management guidelines.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience handling, storing/archiving classified materials.
• Two (2) years of experience relevant to digital imaging and scanning files per records management procedures.
• Two (2) years of experience with Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for scanning, indexing and records management on-site.
• Prepare documents for digitization by removing fasteners, repairing pages, ensuring legibility.
• Use scanner settings per document type and processing plan.
