Job summary

PenBay Technology Group is looking for a full-time legal analyst to join their contract team with the DoD Office of the General Counsel in Alexandria, Virginia. This temporary 3-month role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

The successful candidate will conduct reviews and prepare orders related to military operations and defense agreements, and must have a Bachelor's degree or substantial legal analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience analyzing legal documents.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to leverage relationships within DoD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders authorizing deployment of U.S. forces worldwide.
• Conduct reviews of defense-related international agreements.
• Draft and prepare legal holds and internal correspondence.
