Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multiple programs.
• Excellent leadership and communication, including presenting to varied groups.
• Experience managing training records in digital systems.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred for Kentucky and Las Vegas locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver function-specific training across shifts, including peak hours.
• Lead onboarding and training initiatives for seasonal employees at scale.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, adapting the message to the audience.
• Develop and maintain tracking for training completion and knowledge development.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve training efficiency and outcomes.
• Design and deliver orientation sessions for new hires to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to tailor training solutions to needs.
• Adapt training delivery for a multilingual workforce.
