  • Adapt training delivery and communication style to effectively engage a diverse, multilingual workforce, including Spanish/English bilingual facilitation where needed at applicable locations.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
  • Conduct task analyses to create and validate Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring training content is accurate, current, and reflective of real operational workflows.
  • Continuously evaluate existing training programs and materials, identifying opportunities to modernize content and improve learning outcomes through blended and technology-enabled approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a systematic method for tracking training completion, cross-training effectiveness, and individual employee knowledge and skill development over time.
