Job summary

Opeirex in Washington, DC is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to support SBA, OCA, and OCRM contracts. This role combines supervision of on-site contractor personnel with administration, security screening, timekeeping, payroll, and training records management.

The position is a full-time contract for 12 months with potential extensions, typically Monday–Friday during ET service hours, starting October 6, 2026. Coordinate with project management and Government representatives on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience managing contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Experience transitioning at least 3 contractor employees.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in a government environment.
• Familiarity with personnel suitability and security-processing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site contractor personnel and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Review and certify security packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leave, and payroll questions.
• Support employee performance, disciplinary, and termination actions.
• Coordinate required training and maintain records.
• Coordinate with the Contractor’s Project Manager and Government CO/RO on site-related matters.
• Support staff transitions and service continuity.
