Job summary

United Communications in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of call center or sales support experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a proven ability to achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and listening skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales team inquiries to assist customers with United’s products and services.
• Provide daily sales support, scheduling installations or upgrades, rescheduling appointments, updating reports, and handling inquiries by phone, text, and email.
• Create accurate new customer orders and accounts within our billing and ordering system.
• Maintain detailed records using company tools.
• Ensure work orders are accurate and meet submission criteria and compliance.
• Validate services with customers for accuracy.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new business and promote service upgrades.
• Navigate multiple systems to build, track, and monitor orders while coordinating with internal teams.
• Record and maintain information within the ticketing system.
• Meet scorecard productivity and order quality metrics.
• Serve as subject matter expert for employees; provide timely, accurate responses via Teams chat.
• Monitor and close trouble tickets; communicate opportunities to management.
• Provide a high level of customer service and education on products and tools.
• Assist with daily reporting and reconciliation of orders.
