You will collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
