Job summary

The Franke Group is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to manage assigned sales orders and projects from contact to distribution. You will coordinate customer communications, data entry, and scheduling while supporting quotes and order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Eligible candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Nashville Metro Area residents only; US work authorization is required. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Clerical procedures and file management basics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read instructions and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned sales order and project responsibilities.
• Notify clients of surveys, startups or installations as needed.
• Track progress and report on order/project status.
• Process quotes, orders, and distribution schedules with customers.
• Coordinate POs, credits, and billing data entry.
• Provide after-hours support as required.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email and route to the right person.
