Job summary

The Home Delivery-FM-Coordinator, based in Franklin, TN, coordinates timely movement of customer orders and assigns workload to local WG carriers to support F9 shipments from store to customer homes. You will monitor progress and resolve scheduling issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Proficiency with NetSuite, TMS, and MS Office is essential; duties include maintaining shipment documents and ensuring DOT compliance. Work hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume shipment order management and booking deliveries with designated carriers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of all customer orders within assigned area, while maintaining customer expectations.
• Direct and schedule local WG carrier’s work to ensure on-time movement of goods.
• Notify carriers of work assignments and monitor performance for efficiency.
• Prepare and process shipment data and paperwork including BOLs and documentation in the TMS.
• Utilize Kuebix TMS to capture operational data in near real-time.
• Communicate with carriers and stores about issues impacting service and timelines.
