Zohorecruit in Greenville, United States, is seeking a Sales Admin to bridge Sales and Production. You will convert closed sales into production-ready remodeling projects, audit paperwork, and enter job details across software systems.

Responsibilities include logging daily sales into RBDirect within 24 hours, auditing contracts with retailers, creating new jobs in Buildertrend and Salesforce, coordinating condo/HOA access, and keeping statuses updated across platforms while assisting with

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an administrative, office coordinator, or data-entry role with daily deadlines.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.
• Meticulous eye for accuracy - catches missing or incorrect paperwork before jobs move forward.
• Welcoming phone demeanor, strong communication, and a team-player attitude.
• Able to work 100% on-site at our Greenville, RI office.
• Ability to pass a standard background check upon offer.

Responsabilités

• Enter daily sales and appointment outcomes into RBDirect within 24 hours.
• Audit customer folders and contracts against checklist requirements to ensure zero missing items.
• Create customer records in Buildertrend and Salesforce, uploading scope of work, contracts, and selections for Install Managers.
• Coordinate condo/HOA access guidelines and COIs prior to scheduling.
• Keep project statuses updated across RBDirect, Buildertrend, and partner retailer portals (Lowe's MIC, Home Depot).
• Answer incoming customer calls, route inquiries, and serve as administrative backup for payments and scheduling.
