Job summary

Zoho seeks a Global Sales Operations Coordinator to align Victory Sweepers' day-to-day activities across the Coimbatore, USA, and international teams. You will manage leads, CRM activities, reporting, and cross-functional support to accelerate growth in Latin America and emerging markets.

In this role, you will coordinate with sales, spare parts, digital marketing, IT, and other teams, ensuring timely information flow and accurate data for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, IT and operations.
• Ability to manage sales leads, follow-ups, CRM entries, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and cross-functional activities for Victory Sweepers.
• Act as a key coordination point between the Coimbatore team and the Victory Sweepers USA team.
• Coordinate sales leads, follow-ups, CRM activities, documentation, reporting, and sales-support functions.
• Coordinate between the sales team, spare parts team, digital marketing team, IT team, and other support functions.
• Support business development and lead management for new international markets, with primary responsibility for Latin America.
• Support lead generation and follow-up for emerging markets such as Europe, as required.
• Ensure timely flow of information, requirements, updates, and action points between India, USA, and international market teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team on leads, enquiries, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Support lead allocation to appropriate sales team members.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, pending actions, and closures.
• Follow up with sales team members on pending leads and customer responses.
• Support the sales team in maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with the team on CRM, SAP, and other sales-related systems.
• Prepare sales reports, follow-up reports, and activity updates.
• Support the sales team with required information, documents, presentations, and other sales-support materials.
• New Market Development: identify, track and develop opportunities in Latin America.
