Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA certified preferred.
• 0–2 years of construction safety experience; electrical safety preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field walks to evaluate safety program effectiveness and log observations.
• Assist with project-specific corrective action plans for safety issues.
• Provide feedback to Safety leadership on areas for improvement and recognition.
• Coach employees on safe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with job site safety orientations for new employees.
• Support basic safety training (HazCom, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tag-out).
• Assist with incident investigations and injury/illness case facilitation.
• Raise potential compliance risks to Safety leadership.
• Attend daily safety meetings and evaluate participation and effectiveness.
• Ensure foremen, GF and Superintendents follow safety program elements.
