Job summary

Rimrock is seeking a Safety Coordinator to maintain a secure, safe environment across all facilities. The role includes on-site rounds, monitoring video systems, and rapid reporting of incidents to supervisors and the nursing staff on duty.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with the Safety Manager during drills, enforcing safety policies, and supporting emergency responders when needed. This position requires strong communication and vigilance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior safety experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid training certification.
• Montana Security Officer license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence and routine rounds to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.
• Monitor video surveillance and respond to suspicious activity.
• Communicate with staff via telephone and walkie talkie during shifts.
