Job summary

You will ensure adherence to state statutes, CARF standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2, representing Rimrock’s mission and promoting patient safety across all sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior safety experience is required.
• Must be insurable under Rimrock’s driving policy.
• CPR/First Aid training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site presence at Rimrock facilities during shifts to ensure safety.
• Monitor video surveillance and respond to suspicious activity.
• Communicate with staff via telephone and radio during shifts.
• Lock and secure doors; ensure alarms are set after hours.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisors and nursing staff.
• Assist Safety Manager during trainings or drills.
• Escort emergency personnel if needed.
• Conduct safety sweeps and incidents reports as required.
