Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Risk and Safety Specialist to support the Risk Management Department. You will assist with program administration, serve as a liaison between risk coordinators and managers, and help implement safety initiatives across the property.

The role requires a BS/BA in a relevant field with 2–10 years of experience, strong OSHA knowledge, and robust communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field with 2–10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety management systems.
• OSHA HAZWOPER Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Experience developing and leading safety programs in medium to large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify safety concerns and develop solutions.
• Drive a reduction in workplace injuries (frequency and severity).
• Interpret detailed analytics to drive safety improvements.
• Lead property Safety Action Team meetings.
• Conduct and train others in detailed incident investigations.
• Lead the use and ongoing expansion of the EHS electronic management platform.
• Support guest safety and incident resolution through best practices.
