Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years experience in a position with direct guest contact.
• Ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Card, AES, First Aid & CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well-being of guests and employees.
• Greet and escort customers when needed.
• Assist civil and law enforcement authorities and provide testimony when required.
• Perform chip fills and jackpot verifications.
• Escort money and personnel; provide first aid including CPR.
• Patrol property to identify hazards and document incidents.
• Conduct interviews and write detailed incident reports.
• Manage lost and found descriptions; enforce policies.
• Maintain attendance and comply with regulations and policies.
