Job summary

Performance Team in Massachusetts seeks a Safety Specialist to assist in implementing and managing safety programs for our DC operations. You will support incident investigations, audits, and training to ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.

The role is full-time, on-site with a 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM schedule. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, and flexible scheduling where possible.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong planning and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for bilingual communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety programs within the distribution center.
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and actions.
• Conduct audits/inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Provide safety training and promote a culture of safety across shifts.
