Job summary

Colonial Electric Supply is seeking a Safety Officer to lead a world-class safety culture at the King of Prussia, PA site. This in-office, full-time role combines hands-on safety leadership with formal OSHA compliance and training responsibilities.

You will manage incident records, drive risk controls, and coordinate safety programs across Operations, HR, Maintenance, and Quality, shaping a proactive safety environment daily.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of safety management or EHS experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and DC operational hazards.
• Experience conducting investigations and managing CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Drive Compliance & Readiness across the site.
• Maintain OSHA compliance for logs, incident documentation, and training records.
• Identify and mitigate DC hazards and implement controls.
• Lead safety training and coordinate MHE, dock, and emergency response training.
• Own safety programs, audits, and safety metrics reporting.
