Job summary

Performance Team in Hopedale, MA is seeking a Supervisor, Safety to support safety programs at the DC operations. You will assist in implementing and monitoring policies, conduct audits, and help maintain incident records.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, 2-5 years of safety experience, CPR/First Aid, bilingual Spanish a plus, and strong planning skills. This is an on-site, day-shift position with full company benefits.

Qualifications

• OSHA / Safety courses completed.
• 2-5 years of hands-on safety experience.
• CPR / First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local OSHA regulations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the effectiveness of Safety Programs in the DC operation.
• Remain current with regulatory requirements and act as a resource for the department.
• Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct audits and inspections within the DC and report corrective/preventative measures.
• Coordinate safety training and communications across shifts and teams.
• Maintain safety programs and materials within the building.
