Hensel Phelps seeks a Safety Engineer for an on-site role in El Paso. The position supports the safety manager and project team in implementing safety policies, reviewing activity hazard analyses, and assisting with incident investigations on a full‑time construction site.

Requirements include a 4-year degree preferred, OSH degree suggested, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel templates, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite is expected.

Formación

• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• Occupational Safety and Health degree suggested.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the safety manager and project team in planning, monitoring activities and correcting unsafe acts or conditions.
• Support OSHA inspections and incident investigations as needed.
• Maintain accident prevention, safety management and crisis plans and contribute to the six-step quality control/safety process.

Conocimientos

Strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license

Educación

Bachelor's degree preferred
