Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety knowledge and understanding of MSHA regulations.
• Experience communicating safety policies to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety walks and inspections to identify hazards.
• Lead reporting and root-cause investigations of near-misses or incidents.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and dispatch to resolve on-site logistics issues.
• Oversee maintenance of PPE, fire suppression systems and first-aid supplies.
• Assist in developing and updating Safe Operating Procedures.
